When you have chosen your items, postage and packing charges needs to be applied. For UK delivery normally up to 7 working days. We endeavour to ship same day wherever possible. If your order is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed via e-mail. You will then have the option of either choosing a different size or fly or to wait for the order to arrive - an estimated date will be given.
We may send items in part shipments to expedite orders.

Returns from the customer:
"Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days from the day following receipt of the goods in which to cancel this order. Cancellation may be made by phone or email". You will have received your rights to cancel via automated e-mail.
You, the consumer will be responsible for paying for the returned flies, we recommend that a receipt of postage by the Royal Mail or Recorded Delivery. When sending your return we request that where possible the goods are sent back in the original packaging un-used.
We ask that you return your delivery note with the package. This will allow us to process refunds quickly.

If your return complies with the Distance Selling Regulations, you will be granted a full refund.

Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 1 year from point of issue. At no stage can Gift Vouchers or Credit notes be exchanged for cash.
