Terenzio fly lines are beautifully handmade tapered braided silk made of various materials, but they have a long history braided into them which is the story of Terenzio as a fisherman.

Terenzio Silk Fly Lines are made by using traditional methods coupled with the latest technology, while respecting and maintaining tradition.This combination of methods produces a fly line that achieves long smooth delicate casts at both long and short ranges with any fly rod.  The lines are silent and will endure many years of avid fly fishing if maintained properly according to Terenzio's instructions.  Properly cared for these silk fly lines will easily outlast many PVC fly lines; thus making them a better tackle investment.

These lines are much thinner that corresponding PVC lines which helps in casting into the wind and leads to a more delicate presentation. They are all double tapered (D.T.) and classified according to the A.F.T.M.A. scale.

We have a stock of natural silk lines in various full and half weight lines which are available from AFTMA 2 ½ through to AFTMA 11

We also stock a range of synthetic silk fly lines for those anglers that prefer the feel and action of natural silk without the maintenance. These lines come in various line weights and are available in various full and half weights from AFTMA 2 through to AFTMA 11.

All lines are a standard length of 25 metres and these are ideal for all fishing techniques on lakes and rivers.

Included in the Terenzio silk fly line package is a large bottle of fly line grease, two tapered silk leaders and instructions for care and use.
